Calm Clarity Therapy

Therapy for Teen & Adult ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Stress Management

Moriah LaRocque, Owner

ADHD Therapists in Lakewood, CO

A green underline.

Our small group practice began with a vision sparked by a significant gap in mental health resources for adults with ADHD and related challenges. As the owner, I recognized that while children often have structured support through schools and dedicated programs, adults are frequently left to navigate their struggles alone. Many face not only the challenges of ADHD but also co-occurring issues like anxiety, depression, and executive functioning difficulties, often without the tools or guidance needed to thrive.

This need inspired me to create a space where teens and adults could feel seen, understood, and supported. I wanted to provide more than therapy—I wanted to foster a community of care that recognizes the unique struggles adults face, whether in maintaining relationships, managing daily stress, or simply navigating life’s overwhelming demands. It is our mission to close this gap by offering compassionate, specialized care tailored to the diverse needs of adults in all stages of life.

Our Therapy Process

A green underline.

At Calm Clarity Therapy, we aim to make the therapy process straightforward and seamless, focusing on creating a collaborative and goal-oriented experience. Whether you’re seeking support for ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or daily overwhelm, we are here to guide you with care and expertise.

Getting started is simple. We offer an optional 10 minute consultation call, where you can ask questions, share your goals, and schedule a session. Once you decide to move forward, you’ll fill out our online intake paperwork, which includes sharing any relevant insurance information if you plan to use it. If you prefer, you also have the option to self-schedule an appointment request directly with your therapist through our online scheduling system, making it easy to find a time that works for you.

During your intake session, we’ll dive deeper into your goals and concerns, and together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan with actionable steps. From there, you can schedule ongoing sessions based on an agreed-upon frequency, whether that’s weekly, biweekly, or as needed. Our flexible process is designed to prioritize your convenience while providing the support and structure necessary to help you thrive.
