Continue clinical therapy session to work on treatment plan goals, address symptoms that appear, and build your skills.
Meet with other clients to discuss ADHD and/or Anxiety symptoms, impacts, and find hope and advice from the group session to lessen burden and receive support. Groups are run at different times of the year via telehealth or in-person in the Lakewood, CO area.

Sessions will occur via HIPAA-compliant video conference, intake forms will be sent and must be completed 24 hours before the scheduled session. The intake session will focus on getting to know one another, answering any questions, and gathering information to create a plan for treatment.
If you need it, I can give you a "Superbill" during the intake process. This helps you get money back from your insurance. Calm Clarity Therapy isn't directly linked with insurance companies, so we're an “out of network” provider. If you have questions about this, feel free to ask during our first phone call.
