Teletherapy Sessions

We will get to know each other, understand symptoms and problem areas, and come up with a plan for treatment. A client will feel relief and hope for change as things start moving forward and a plan is made.

ADHD & Autism Testing

Intake session, interviews, and final review will take place via Zoom. Assessment protocols and supporting questions will be emailed and answered by the individual and relative supports to provide comprehensive data.  A thorough and complete assessment will be provided at the final session.

Group Sessions

Meet with other clients to discuss ADHD and/or Anxiety symptoms, impacts, and find hope and advice from the group session to lessen burden and receive support. Groups are run at different times of the year via telehealth or in-person in the Lakewood, CO area.

Walk & Talk Sessions

Walk & talk therapy offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature while engaging in therapeutic conversation, providing a refreshing alternative to traditional office settings. It can be particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with anxiety or difficulty quieting their minds, as the natural environment can help promote relaxation and introspection.

Clinical Supervision

Providing supervision and consultation hours for social workers and counselors in Colorado via telehealth in Colorado or in-person in the Lakewood area.
