Intake Session

We will get to know each other, understand symptoms and problem areas, and come up with a plan for treatment. A client will feel relief and hope for change as things start moving forward and a plan is made.

Ongoing Session

Continue clinical therapy session to work on treatment plan goals, address symptoms that appear, and build your skills.

Group Sessions

Meet with other clients to discuss ADHD and/or Anxiety symptoms, impacts, and find hope and advice from the group session to lessen burden and receive support. Groups are run at different times of the year via telehealth or in-person in the Lakewood, CO area.

Walk & Talk Sessions

Walk & talk therapy offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature while engaging in therapeutic conversation, providing a refreshing alternative to traditional office settings. It can be particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with anxiety or difficulty quieting their minds, as the natural environment can help promote relaxation and introspection.

Clinical Supervision

Providing supervision and consultation hours for social workers and counselors in Colorado via telehealth in Colorado or in-person in the Lakewood area.

Sessions will occur via HIPAA-compliant video conference, intake forms will be sent and must be completed 24 hours before the scheduled session. The intake session will focus on getting to know one another, answering any questions, and gathering information to create a plan for treatment.


If you need it, I can give you a "Superbill" during the intake process. This helps you get money back from your insurance. Calm Clarity Therapy isn't directly linked with insurance companies, so we're an “out of network” provider. If you have questions about this, feel free to ask during our first phone call. There are many benefits to paying privately without insurance:
